Ageing Beautifully

Women started they’re “road to calvary” ever since they experience the menstrual stage. Upon development with these natural cycles, women bloom into its natural beauty. Like flowers, it will bloom at its peak but unfortunately, it will fade away naturally. However, you have several options about facing age properly. This is nothing to do with beauty although it is also one of its results. This is primarily to help keep you, women, to keep in shape, to serve your husband and children as well. Here are some points to ponder especially women with the ages 20 and up:

The Power of Water
Water, as we all know, is life. Living without water within 3 days make human die instantly. Our body’s consist of 70% water. I bet you know that since fifth grade. Before, drinking 8 glasses of water is good but now, it is highly advisable to drink 8 – 12 glasses per day. This will help you to naturally detoxify your body in a very natural way.

Exercise Regularly
Doing exercise everyday keeps your body in shape. With the help of water, you will sweat naturally and make your blood circulation runs smoothly. Today, there are so many sorts of exercise available within your instructor’s reach. Naming yoga, belly - dancing, pole – dancing, anything about dancing and sports will tone muscles. It will condition body’s heat as well. All goes well with proper nutrition and proper hygiene.

Food Supplements
Okay, I admit it, there are countless food supplements are there along your way. The thing is does it really suits you well? Well, the only thing is to find and try one which one really goes well with your own standards.
I do try once the DXN products and it never failed me. DXN is careful with dosages although it is not associated with overdoses, I feel so energized and never get tired. Until I noticed that it’s time to sleep. I’ve watched a prime
time show last Sunday where they introduced ivi CollagenDrink. It fascinates me. I do. Why don’t you try one?
One more is this supplement that help women from inconvenience about menopausal stage. Pardon me but I forgot the certain food supplement but what’s the most important is consume more fruits and vegetable in your diet. After all, the supplement’s base is basic and organic where you can find in both fruit and vegetables also.

Stem Cell Therapy
This is the most expensive one. Located in Germany, VillaMedica continue its practice to serve individuals who can only afford they’re services. Stem Cell therapy or Fresh Cell Therapy is banned during Bush’s regimen in U.S. in order to avoid disturbances regarding cloning. However, Villa Medica is still in the business for 200 years and that is their full proof that they’re goals along human’s health is generating positive results. They have testimonials on their site also in treating old women where they still experience youthfulness after undergoing such treatment.
Well, achieving one’s health is the most primal reason to reach its personal advocacy. For example, a mother’s health is required to serve her family needs. You need to stay fit for them and the most important of all, healthy women produce healthy lives. All of us will experience ageing and who's not? Just embrace your age and live life to the fullest.

Baby Soft Skin

The baby’s skin is more sensitive than adults. It is prone to some irritations that may cause rashes and other skin diseases. Babies unlike adults sweat less efficient than us, so it is unlikely for the babies to maintain their inner body temperature. We all know that babies can’t talk and they only interact when they want to say something only by crying or being irritated of something else.

Prior to these here are some minor skin conditions that are easily managed and some points to ponder to minimize baby skin irritations:

Chafing: It is a skin irritation caused by friction between baby’s clothing and skin. It can also develop whenever area of skin is often rubbed together.

Avoid or minimize rubber pants and tight clothing that cause this. Cleanse and dry the skin thoroughly then apply appropriate baby cream and cornstarch baby powder to affected areas.

Heat Rash: The irritated skin is caused by the baby’s undeveloped sweat glands and also by natural heat and humidity. This results small pinks rashes across the body.

It can be avoided by keeping the baby’s clothing loose and do not overdress as much as possible. Bathing regularly is advised especially in hot countries like here in the Philippines.

Cradle Cap: Most of the babies develop crusty patches on scalp a couple of weeks after delivery. This is caused by overactive glands in your baby’s scalp.

You can remove this by gently wiping the baby’s scalp with baby oil after bathing. Repeat same procedure until cradle cap is removed.

These skin irritations are usually developed in baby’s skin up to six months. The keyword is cleanliness. Change beddings everyday as much as possible.  If severe conditions develop better consult your Pediatrician for professional advice.

I try to treat my baby with a healthy bath so that he can have a baby smooth skin as much as possible. I do prepare 3 pcs. Of calamansi quarterly sliced and leave it in a pail of lukewarm water for 5 minutes. I dilute 1 table spoon of Lactacyd (the blue one for the skin). I do this every day before 10 am in the morning. If the weather is hot, I repeat the same procedure before my baby goes to sleep. You can try it yourself also! Moms like is also entitled to have a smooth and fair skin like our baby’s. Have fun bathing!

Breastfeeding is not an Option, It is a Choice

You’ve already notice in each branded tin cans of leading formulated milk that breast milk is still best for babies. For a first time mom, breastfeeding is harder than you can imagine. A mom’s breast swells a bit for the first timers and swells even more for the second and third time around. The truth is there is no solution about the swelling. Accept the mere fact that is you must, extremely, get used to it. No more, no less.

Breastfeeding is the first interaction made by the mother and the new born baby. It is advised to practice it from 6 months up to two years. Breast milk has all the nutrients that baby needs. From colostrum down to whey proteins, the baby is benefited as well as the mother too. An internal wound caused by delivering a baby is easily healed just by breastfeeding. These will reflect all in positive outcome if the mother’s health is also in good condition.

I do practiced breastfeeding with my son for two years and four months.

My Benefits Include:
  • No hassle of preparing milk formula late at night because I am always at my baby’s side and my breast are always ready to provide milk anytime at no extra cost. We can rest together and sleep together.
  • Less diaper usage because breastfed babies that are naturally fed with mother’s milk pee seldom rather than babies used to milk formulas.
  • Breastfeeding secures bonding between me and my son. Whenever I’m breastfeeding, he always sweat a lot as if he is drinking hot milk, isn’t that healthy?
  • I have no worries about his poop. He never suffered diarrhea, not even a single chance until now he’s eight years old.
  • When I’m on the go, I’m never disturbed with lots of baby things stacked in the baby bag. Why? No baby bottles, milk measurements, distilled water etc….
  • All I have to do is carry my baby with care and sit anywhere when he wants to get breastfed. I’m not ashamed, after all breasts are given to us women in order to feed our child naturally.
So embrace breastfeeding as much as possible. It is given to us, mommies, to provide our children the nutrients they need in the most possible and healthy way.

An Ordinary Musings of an Ordinary Mother

You will just realize when certain time came by and telling yourself, “This is it.” The certain phrase means a lot to you. I’ve seen myself doing things further, more than just the usual. Being a mom specifically is planning ahead with yourself and the child inside of you. The wondrous feeling when the baby starts to move in your womb like he’s telling you, “Hi mom!”. Cool!

I think this is what we call the mother’s instinct. A woman’s insights seem broader than before. I remember the times when I used to have tantrums at the age of 18. I admit it’s embarrassing. The attitude’s been changed when I held my first new born baby. Yeah, he grabbed that basin as the midwife pulled him from my (you know where’s that) and I laughed really hard.
My husband is out. I don’t where he is. My father-in-law told me that he is pale as paper and stuttering outside.

Later that night, I touched my baby’s face. His face can hardly occupy my right palm. Unbelievable…but what’s next?
